Customer Responsibility

Please note: Still Bloom cannot be held responsible for delays related to personal deadlines outside our control (such as birthdays or holidays), provided your order has been shipped within the stated processing and delivery timeframes.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within Canada, no customs duties or import taxes apply.

In the event that an order is shipped internationally or from a fulfillment location outside Canada, any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by Canadian authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
